What began as a small painting business has, over the course of more than two decades, evolved into a versatile real estate service provider\u2014while staying true to its family values.<\/p>\nThe company was founded by Dragan Stevanovic, who had already been working passionately as a painter and building caretaker in the 1990s. With the support of his mentor, Silvio H\u00f6hn, he took the leap into self-employment in 2003 and laid the foundation for DS (Dragan Stevanovic) Painting Services<\/strong>. Through hard work, professional expertise, and an honest approach to customer relationships, the one-man business quickly earned a solid reputation in Zurich.<\/p>\nOver the years, the team grew\u2014and so did the range of services. In 2008<\/strong>, we expanded our offering to include property maintenance and caretaking services<\/strong>, allowing us to provide our clients with a more comprehensive service. What started as a painting business gradually developed into an all-around property service provider.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>A key factor in our success has always been the family<\/strong>: the eldest son, Srdjan<\/strong>, joined the company in 2006<\/strong>, taking over administrative duties<\/strong> in the office. In 2017<\/strong>, the second son, Nikola<\/strong>, followed, and has since been working in field operations<\/strong>, managing projects on-site<\/strong>. Together with our long-standing employees, the family forms the core of DS CasaPro<\/strong>.
