The beginning of a vision:<\/em> Everything starts with a recommendation. Silvio H\u00f6hn<\/strong> early on recognizes the potential in Dragan Stevanovic<\/strong> \u2013 not only as a painter but also as an entrepreneur with leadership qualities. With his support, DS Malergesch\u00e4ft<\/strong> was founded in 2003. The one-man business started with big goals and lots of passion in Zurich.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The first employee:<\/em> What began small soon grows. The first employee<\/strong> joins the young company. This step marks the change from a sole proprietorship to a team. The foundation for further growth is laid.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

More than just paint:<\/em> DS Malergesch\u00e4ft takes the next step and expands its offer to property maintenance and caretaking<\/strong>. From now on, customers can rely on services around the property<\/strong> all from one source. This diversification meets a growing customer demand and makes the company more broadly positioned.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

A team with a green thumb:<\/em> With increasing orders, the team grows further. A gardener<\/strong> is hired to cover gardening and outdoor maintenance. At the same time, capacities in caretaking are expanded. From a three-man operation, a four-man team<\/strong> emerges, and everyone contributes with much commitment and dedication.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

10 years of DS Painting Business \u2013 and the family spirit grows: Dragan Stevanovic\u2019s eldest son, Srdjan<\/strong>, joins the company and takes over office management. The business gradually evolves into a family enterprise<\/strong>. From then on, the combination of craftsmanship and strong family bonds shapes the company culture.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Strong projects, strong team:<\/em> The quality of work spreads by word of mouth. Thanks to numerous successfully completed projects, customer trust grows, and so does the team: by now, three painters, two caretakers<\/strong>, and a gardener<\/strong> belong to the DS family. Each is an important part of the success story. Together the team masters extensive orders and strengthens the company’s reputation in Zurich.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Another family member on board:<\/em> The second son Nikola<\/strong> of founder Dragan joins the company. He brings fresh ideas and additional energy, especially in field service and customer care. This step again proves how much we rely on family values and trust<\/strong>. DS Malergesch\u00e4ft is now firmly family-owned. Father and both sons jointly manage the company.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

A new name, same values: From DS Malergesch\u00e4ft<\/em> to DS CasaPro<\/strong>. The renaming signals the development from a pure painting business to a comprehensive real estate service provider (Casa<\/strong> = house, Pro<\/strong> = professional). Despite the new name, our passion, quality, and family closeness<\/strong> remain. Customers know: Where DS CasaPro is on the label, reliability and dedication are inside.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The next big step:<\/em> The company continues to grow and transforms into a GmbH (limited liability company)<\/strong>. We also move to a larger location<\/strong> to create space for the team and materials. Despite this professionalization and expansion, our values remain unchanged. We naturally continue to act personally, honestly, and familiarly.<\/strong> The larger location enables us to work even more efficiently and handle customer orders optimally.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Everything from one source:<\/em> DS CasaPro expands its portfolio again: we now also offer complete apartment renovations<\/strong>. From the first idea to final implementation, we accompany our customers through all phases of a project. This all-in-one offer meets the wishes of many customers for a single contact person for all concerns. Reliable and solution-oriented<\/strong>, we have been implementing complete renovations ever since.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

We continue to grow \u2013 together with you:<\/em> Today, our team consists of over 12 employees<\/strong>, including several painters, caretakers, two construction managers, a project manager, and specialists in administration and gardening. Everyone brings their expertise so that we have the right specialist for every challenge. We look forward to growing further with our customers in the Zurich area<\/strong> and writing new chapters of our story, always true to our motto: With heart, color, and responsibility<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
