DS CasaPro is a family-run company based in Zurich that has been built on trust, quality, and close customer relationships since its founding in 2003. What began as a small painting business has, over the course of more than two decades, evolved into a versatile real estate service provider—while staying true to its family values.

The company was founded by Dragan Stevanovic, who had already been working passionately as a painter and building caretaker in the 1990s. With the support of his mentor, Silvio Höhn, he took the leap into self-employment in 2003 and laid the foundation for DS (Dragan Stevanovic) Painting Services. Through hard work, professional expertise, and an honest approach to customer relationships, the one-man business quickly earned a solid reputation in Zurich.

Over the years, the team grew—and so did the range of services. In 2008, we expanded our offering to include property maintenance and caretaking services, allowing us to provide our clients with a more comprehensive service. What started as a painting business gradually developed into an all-around property service provider.

A key factor in our success has always been the family: the eldest son, Srdjan, joined the company in 2006, taking over administrative duties in the office. In 2017, the second son, Nikola, followed, and has since been working in field operations, managing projects on-site. Together with our long-standing employees, the family forms the core of DS CasaPro. Short decision-making paths, mutual trust, and a well-coordinated team are what set us apart—and our customers feel the difference.

Today, after more than 20 years, DS CasaPro is a well-established Zurich-based company with a diverse team of caretakers, painters, gardeners, and construction specialists. Despite our growth, we have held on to what matters most: personal contact with our clients and a keen eye for detail. Every job—large or small—is carried out with the same care and commitment.
